Electrolytic nickel powder (Ni)

Properties: gray irregular powder

Uses: widely used in electrode materials of alkaline batteries, chemical catalysts, diamond tools, contact materials and other alloy additives in powder metallurgy


Powder melting temperature: 980 - 1060 ºC

Hardness of spray welding layer: HRC47-53

Note: 1. Please strictly follow the requirements of oxygen-acetylene flame or plasma spray welding process.

 2. When using small and medium-sized spray guns, -150 mesh powder should be used, and when using large spray guns, -150/+300 mesh powder should be used.

 3. If the alloy powder has moisture absorption, it should be dried before use (120 ºC, heat preservation for 1 hour).
