Introduction:
Cemented carbide balls, commonly known as tungsten steel balls, refer to balls and balls made of cemented carbide.
Cemented carbide balls can be ideally used in harsh environments, extremely wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and
corrosion-resistant ,Not easily deformed. Cemented carbide balls are made of carbide (WC, TiC) micron powder of high
hardness refractory metal, with cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as a binder, in a vacuum furnace or Powder
metallurgy products sintered in a hydrogen reduction furnace.
Product classification: It is mainly divided into tungsten-cobalt spheres (YG6, YG6X, YG8, YG10, YG13). The number
behind YG represents the cobalt content. For example: YG6 refers to 6% CO content, and the remaining 94% WC, there
is another type of tungsten nickel alloy balls (YN6, YN8, YN10, YN12), the same number behind the same represents the
nickel content. The specific gravity of the first two alloy balls is 14.6-15.1, and there is also a type of alloy balls It is a
titanium carbide ball with a low specific gravity.
Application:
Tungsten carbide ball was widely used in precision tools drawing and punching, high precision bearings, high precision
measuring instrument and appratus, water pump and brake pump, and various machinery sealing accessories part in
high-tech industry.
