Purpose and Scope of use of Ball Mill
The ball mill is the key equipment for crushing the material after it is broken. According to different ore discharge methods, it can be divided into two types: lattice type and overflow type. Ball mill is a high-fine grinding machine widely used in industrial production. Mechanical Structure of Ball Mill
The ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of steel casting, the inner lining can be disassembled, the rotary gear is made of casting hobbing, and the cylinder body is inlaid with wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and works reliably. The main machine of the ball mill comprises a cylinder, which is inlaid with a liner made of wear-resistant material, a bearing that carries the cylinder and maintains its rotation, and a driving part, such as an electric motor, and a transmission gear, belt pulley, triangle belt, etc.
 
For the parts called blades, generally not the main parts, the internal spiral in the feed end of the component inlet can be called its internal spiral blade, and the internal spiral in the discharge end of the component outlet can also be called its internal spiral blade. In addition, if a spiral conveyor is used in the auxiliary equipment at the discharge end, there will be parts called spiral blades in the equipment, but strictly speaking, it is no longer a part of the ball mill. According to the material and discharge method, dry ball mill and wet lattice ball mill can be selected. Energy-saving ball mill, using automatic aligning double row radial spherical roller bearing, running resistance is small, energy saving effect is remarkable. In the cylinder part, a conical cylinder is added to the discharging end of the original cylinder, which not only increases the effective volume of the mill, but also makes the medium distribution in the cylinder more reasonable. This product is widely used in non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, non-metallic mineral processing field and chemical industry, building materials for material grinding use.
