Introduction:
Co-01 Cobalt-based Alloy Powder (Implemented JB/T3168)
Feature Description: This powder is a typical Co-Cr-W-C-B-Si self-fluxing alloy powder. It has comprehensive properties of heat resistance,corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance and good spray welding process performance. It has good oxidation resistance, wear resistance and sulfur-containing gas corrosion resistance in the temperature range of 600~800ºC. Main Uses and Processes: It is recommended to be used in high-temperature wear-resistant, gas-corrosion-resistant, and cold-heat alternating impact situations. Such as high temperature and high pressure exhaust valve sealing surface, internal combustion engine intake and exhaust valve top surfacing welding. Suitable for oxygen-acetylene spray welding, plasma spray welding, and high-frequency remelting processes.
