Product Description

Application:

The machine is composed of three parts: the main machine, the auxiliary machine and the electric control box. After materials are sent to the crushing chamber by the screw conveyor, it will be sheared and crushed by the blade of high speed rotation. The powders will then pass through the guide ring and enter the classifying chamber. The powder is subject to both aerodynamic and centrifugal forces. Particles larger than the critical diameter (graded particle size) in powder will be thrown back to the crushing chamber for further crushing due to their high quality. Particles smaller than the critical diameter will enter the cyclone separator and bag filter through the method of negative pressure air transport way. The materials discharged shall meet product requirements.It has many advantages, such as air selection, screen-free feature, net-free feature,uniform size of discharging materials, continuous production process. It can crush chemicals, food, drugs, chemicals, cosmetics, plastics, dyes, resins, pigments, grains and other materials.
