Introduction:

1. Material Grade:Stellite 100 Cobalt Alloy.

2. Size: 11.11mm triangular x 155mm length.

3. Stellite alloys have higher melting points than nickel (or iron) alloys ,This gives them the ability to absorb stress to ahigher absolute temperature .
4. Stellite alloys give superior hot corrosion resistance to gas turbine atmospheres , this is due to their high chromium content.
5. Stellite alloys show superior thermal fatigue resistance and weldability over nickel alloys .
