The friction between the blades, casing and materials of traditional screw conveyors is relatively large, which makes the blades and casings prone to wear, and the power consumption is also relatively large. For this we have developed a new ceramic blade.The main components are: Al2O3 and zirconia. Ceramics have excellent high temperature resistance, working temperature can reach 1700 degrees Celsius, and its wear resistance is more than 3 times that of BTMCr15 high chromium cast iron under normal temperature conditions; under high temperature conditions above 800 ºC, the wear resistance is high chromium More than 10 times that of cast iron.

The ceramic conveying blade has high abrasion resistance under high temperature conditions and low maintenance, which is conducive to the application of intelligent production, greatly improving production efficiency, and effectively ensuring long-term continuous and reliable operation of the main equipment.

A. The contour of the conveying spiral blade to the bolt hole boss area adopts a pre-stressed structure design. Under the same thickness, the pre-stressed structure design can greatly improve the overall strength of the conveying blade.
B. The screw hole is changed to a capsule type. In high wear-resistant materials, the bolt hole is the weakest part of the blade. Therefore, the design of the bolt head is very important. We design the bolt head into a capsule type. The capsule-shaped bolt head hole can effectively reduce the stress generated during the manufacturing process of the conveying spiral blade, avoid sharp corner cracks, and greatly improve the overall working strength and reliability of the blade.
C. The screw hole of the capsule bolt head adopts the transverse design on the conveying blade. The horizontally designed capsule-shaped screw holes can enhance the strength of the entire blade. The width of the capsule bolt head hole is the same as the diameter of the screw hole.
D. Adopt large-area integrally intersecting bolt hole boss design. The integral bolt hole boss is in the design of high wear resistance, high hardness and brittle material, which is conducive to the fixation of bolts, which is more conducive to improving the overall strength of the blade, and greatly improving the service life and reliability of the conveying spiral blade.
E. The bolt hole boss is designed into a gate shape (as shown in the figure). The gate structure is conducive to the overall stress structure design of the ceramic blade,
F. Under the premise of the overall stress structure, the bolt boss can also be designed to be round.
