EB furnace rollers made from different materials,such as stainless steel, Ni-Cr Iron base heat-resistant steel, for heat
treatment furnaces with service temperature up to 1600ºC(2912°F).
EB's furnace rollers are made for different heat treatment processes for steel, aluminium, Zinc Alloy and other metallic
materials, which have been widely used in the following

Quenching furnaces
Annealing furnaces
Carburizing furnaces
Galvanizing furnaces
Sintering furnaces
Hardening furnaces
Outstanding Features:
1. Resistance to high temperature: Up to 1600ºC.
2. Resistance to deformation in carburizing, nitriding, neutral and oxidizing atmospheres.
3. Maximizing heat flux.
4. Shortening the process time.
5. Longer service life and better installation effects because of more scientific process design.
6. Production Process: centrifugal cast process + investment cast process + machining process + welding process.
7. We can make the furnace rollers as per customer design.
8. Diameter: 50mm - 1600mm; Length: less than 3m.
