GC-150 drilling rig is a new vehicle-mounted vertical shaft engineering rig developed on the basis of many years of
production of G series truck-mounted engineering rigs, in order to expand the series of truck-mounted drilling rigs. This
rig can be applied to industrial, civil construction, and engineering geological surveys of highways, railways, bridges,
water conservancy, national defense construction, etc., regional mineral surveys and surveys, blast holes, and inspection
holes for various concrete structures.

Main Feature:

1. The car chassis with two rows of seats is selected, and the cabin can accommodate 5 people, and the emissions
meet the requirements of State IV. The car is equipped with heating and cooling air-conditioning, which is convenient
for the crew members to move on the bus
2. Compact structure, small size, light weight, flexible maneuverability, suitable for drilling work in narrow sites in the city;
3. Separately configured diesel engine power of the rig, with large input power, large output torque and strong drilling capacity;
4. The output speed range of the drilling rig is wide, which is suitable for both engineering geological survey and diamond
core drilling.
5. The drilling rig has a hydraulic feed mechanism, which uses a hydraulic chuck to clamp and loosen the active drill rod,
which has high work efficiency, safety and reliability;
6. The operation of the rig gearbox adopts the automobile gearbox structure, with forward and reverse rotation,
centralized speed change, self-locking with each other, and easy operation;
7. The rotator can be opened out of the box, which is convenient for opening the hole, lifting the drilling tool or performing
impact drilling;
8. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulically driven impact winch, which is controlled by both hands, which is
convenient and flexible;
9. Can be equipped with a large through-hole vibrator as required, which improves the ability to handle accidents
during construction.
